them is what distinguishes a purpose that carries information from one that
does not — and it is why a character-length gate does not work: 55 purposes
of 12 characters or fewer are contentful (SCHOLARSHIP, EDUCATION,
Culture), while 23 purposes over 30 characters are not (TO SUPPORT THE MISSION OF THE ORGANIZATION).
