Area under the ROC curve (Mann-Whitney form)

Usage

np_auc(score, label)

Arguments

score

Numeric predicted scores.

label

Truth: logical / 0-1 / "TRUE"/"FALSE".

Value

Scalar AUC, or NA if a class is absent.
